Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help us attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to final selection. Collaborate to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews . Coordinate and manage interview processes and feedback collection. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter in IT Industry Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple platforms.
