Job Description
The HR Recruiter will play a key role in driving the recruitment process. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and the company. This role is responsible for scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining recruitment tracking reports, and collaborating with the GM and HR Manager to meet staffing needs and drive organizational growth. The recruiter will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements Manage end-to-end recruitment. Schedule interviews based on the availability of interviewers and candidates. Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates. Track and maintain recruitment reports and updates for GM/HR Manager. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
