Job Responsibilities: Source, identify, and engage with high-caliber candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, internal or external references etc. Collaborate with concern department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, align interview with concern department heads. Excellent negotiation skills. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
