Role: TA Sourcing Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging potential candidates for various job openings. You will utilize multiple platforms and channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, screen resumes, and assist the recruitment team in shortlisting applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing tools
- Screen resumes and candidate profiles to match job requirements
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates
- Assist in outreach and engagement of passive candidates
- Design and update job descriptions to reflect evolving requirements
- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms and channels
- Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Coordinate with internal hiring managers
- Provide ongoing communication and support throughout the selection process
