Job Description
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for understanding the hiring requirements of our clients, screening and calling candidates, maintaining data in excel sheets, and conducting follow-ups with potential hires. The ideal candidate should possess good English communication skills and can be a 12th pass fresher, a graduate fresher, or someone with a mix of fresher and some experience. This role is specifically for non-IT recruitment in the Recruitment/Staffing industry under the Human Resources department. You will be working full-time in day shifts with morning shifts included. The compensation offered is 12K to 15K fixed along with incentives and a work from home facility. Additionally, there is a performance bonus available based on your work output.
