Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for both client positions and internal company requirements

Source and screen profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other sourcing channels

Conduct the initial HR round of interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest

Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant hiring managers and stakeholders

Share interview schedules and necessary information with both candidates and interviewers

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process

Update and maintain accurate records of interviews, feedback, and candidate status in trackers

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
