Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for key HR processes under Hire to Retire. Implement and support various HR programs, processes, and policies to meet business goals including employee engagement and retention. Work closely with Business Leaders, Delivery Head, and HR team to drive people processes like goals & objectives, performance management, career progression. Contribute as evangelist to initiatives taken by the company and increase awareness of company processes. Collaborative Work Style - coordination with different stakeholders and building strong relationships with internal customers. Qualification and Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree / PG-HR/ MBA -HR and other relevant degree. Have past experience working on similar profile.
