Job Description
As an Employee Life Cycle Management professional, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and managing various HR functions. Your duties will include recruitment, selection, induction, and handling joining formalities for new employees. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining records under labor laws will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be managing grievance procedures, employee relations, welfare activities, and contract labor. You will support the Head HR/Admin in various responsibilities and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain a harmonious work environment. Proactively identifying HR issues and implementing management decisions will be crucial. Administrative tasks will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule in Hazira, Surat, Gujarat. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and prior experience of 2 years in HR is preferred.
