About the Role: You will be responsible for driving the entire HR ecosystem from recruitment to retention, employee engagement to performance management, compliance to career development while fostering a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture. Youll also be actively involved in organizational events, team-building initiatives, and strategic hiring aligned to our fast-growing IT services. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for tech & non-tech roles Coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, and employee engagement programs Maintain HR records and ensure legal and policy compliance Monitor and drive performance management processes Organize team-building events, workshops, and team activities Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring healthy communication Develop relationships with hiring partners, job seekers, and external agencies Use modern AI-based tools for smart hiring and HR automation Support employee development initiatives and internal upskilling What Were Looking For: 1+ years of experience in an HR leadership or generalist role Prior experience in IT/Software company environment is preferred Strong organizational, critical thinking, communications, people management, and interpersonal skills Excellent multitasking ability manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and events Familiarity with HRM tools.
