- 2. Employee Relations Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- 3. Performance Management Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
- Identifying training needs and facilitating development programs.
- 4. Policy Development and Compliance Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.

- Managing HR software and systems.
