Job Description
The candidate should be good in recruitment.
Assist in onboarding process,handle employee queries and provide HR policy guidance.
Support payroll processing and maintain attendance and leave records.Should have good excel knowledge.
Oversee statutory compliance(PF,ESIC,PT, GRATUITY etc)
Support employee engagement initiative and events.
Ensure HR policies are followed and updated when required.
