Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team and lead the Human Resources function in a dynamic, international environment. As an HR Manager, you will play a strategic and operational role in driving people management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

 

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with global and local business goals

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent

Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies

Support performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and career development

Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives

Facilitate training and development programs for employee upskilling

Manage HR administration: contracts, benefits, payroll coordination (as per local law), and HRIS systems

Provide guidance on work permits, visas, and relocation for expatriate employees (if applicable)

Prepare and present HR reports to management on key metrics (attrition, recruitment, employee satisfaction, etc.)

Foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work culture

 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong understanding of local labor laws and global HR practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Ability to adapt and work effectively in multicultural environments

Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office tools

Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution

Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is a plus

Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new work culture
