Job Description
As a proactive, driven, and experienced HR Manager at Thermovision Technologies, you will be responsible for establishing the HR department, systems, and culture as the company scales. Your role will involve setting up HR systems, policies, and processes from scratch, leading recruitment, onboarding, and team scaling, driving performance management, compliance, and employee engagement, and building a strong, people-first culture aligned with the company's growth journey. This is a full-time position based at our in-person work location. The benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts.
