Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organization by developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to ensure the effective management of human resources. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, conflicts, and grievances while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, a Post Graduate degree in any stream will also be considered. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. You should have a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Your goals as an HR Manager will be to improve employee satisfaction and engagement, enhance recruitment and retention strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, develop effective training programs, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. You will be expected to work full-time in a permanent position, and freshers are welcome to apply. The benefits of this position include cell phone reimbursement.
