Key Responsibilities: Understanding Hiring Needs:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for specific roles. Developing Recruitment Strategies:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Sourcing Candidates:Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. Creating Job Descriptions:Draft clear, concise, and compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role. Screening Applications:Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and filter out those who do not meet the requirements. Conducting Interviews:Conduct interviews (in-person, phone, or video) to assess candidates" skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Negotiating Offers:Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with successful candidates.
