Description We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, HR initiatives, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Were on a mission to help growing companies find and hire great people. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Foster a positive workplace culture focused on employee engagement and development. Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs. Manage performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Lead HR projects like compensation planning, benefits management, and employee wellness programs. Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role, with a focus on strategic HR functions. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.,
