HR Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Team of Recruiters
Conducting further rounds based if necessary
Conduct team improvement sessions
Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Eligibility:
Mandate - Experience in Recruitment with Leadership, Management, and Lateral Hiring.
Excellent Spoken Skills
Be able to work under pressure
Be able to close the numbers required
