Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

FinTax is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, compliance, and organizational development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and vision.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, retention, and exit.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and labor regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Design and implement HR policies, systems, and processes for scalability.
• Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
• Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support leadership in driving change management initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and L&D (learning & development) initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indian labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in mid to large-sized companies preferred.
