Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Yamunanagar. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy. The HR Manager will also manage the recruitment and selection process, bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Implement necessary measures to ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Familiarity with training and development strategies Strong knowledge of labor laws and legal compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
