The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The day-to-day tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also be tasked with developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring employee well-being, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies and procedures Proficiency in training and development, and organizational development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the education or academic sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
