Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all functions of our Human Resources Operations department. HR Operations Manager responsibilities see the daily works of the executives in their team, manage the trackers for their team, recruit for office staff & manage all the operational activities of HR. Responsibilities Set objectives for the HR team operations & HR Recruitment and track progress. Monitor internal HR systems and databases. Monitor all the HR reports Recruit office staff & manage their onboarding till exit . Update the trackers set for the team, and update accordingly to HR head Monitor Grievance Handling of the employees. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Manager in Health Care or similar role Good knowledge of labor law, statutory.
