Responsibilities: Update, and maintain employee data in HR systems and records. Support recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups Ensure the integrity, consistency, and confidentiality of personnel information across internal databases Assist in organizing and managing both digital and physical employee files in line with HR policies and audit standards Support HR documentation processes including preparation of letters, reports, and data summaries Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication Provide support in onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities Participate in ongoing HR projects and assist with internal compliance tracking Maintain proper documentation related to leave, attendance, and other operational inputs Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Good interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Good interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment Preferred Skills: Experience with HR information systems and compliance practices Interaction with cross-functional teams in a professional corporate setting Facilities provided: Transportation Canteen service,
