Internship Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in key functional areas like Data Management, Recruitment, Policy Development, and more. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR operations with exposure to strategic HR practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates. Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee records. Support the onboarding and documentation process for new hires. Participate in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and SOPs. Analyze HR data and generate reports for decision-making. Help in organizing employee engagement and internal communication activities. Ensure adherence to HR compliance and company policies. Who Can Apply MBA/BBA graduates or students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong interest in HR operations, recruitment, and analytics. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic HRMS tools (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
