Job Description: As an HR intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and support the HR team. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with recruitment activities like posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Helping maintain employee records and addressing basic HR inquiries. Supporting HR administration tasks such as updating policies and preparing HR documents. Assisting in coordinating employee training programs and maintaining training records. Providing general administrative support to the HR team. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of HR principles. Ability to work well in a team.
