Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist Intern to join our team. The intern will assist the HR department in a wide range of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment, perfect for someone looking to gain exposure to a variety of HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary candidate assessments. Help facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork and receive orientation materials. Support HR staff in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building initiatives. Handle routine inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR - related concerns. Contribute to the implementation of HR projects and initiatives such as performance reviews, employee feedback surveys, and training sessions. Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Participate in discussions related to employee relations and contribute insights on employee morale and workplace culture. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and best practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.,
