Job Description
Title :- HR Generalist - BPO Industry Location :- Koregaon Park, Pune. Experience :- 3 - 5 Years as a HR Generalist. Job Description :- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding Manage employee documentation, attendance records, and HR databases with accuracy Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives Handle routine employee queries and support grievance resolution in collaboration with senior HR leadership Coordinate performance review processes and help track KRA/KPI updates and outcomes Maintain and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal protocols Liaise with external vendors such as background verification agencies and consultants Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: HR Generalist - BPO: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person,
