Job Description
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, update HR databases, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Onboarding Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, manage employee exit processes, and ensure a seamless experience for employees entering or leaving the company.
- Payroll Processing: payroll preparation from colecting input and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Compliance: Ensure the company s HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations and Making PF ESIC Challan.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including GPA insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR policies.
- HR Projects: HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and organizational development activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Must have Hiring Experience / Managing Employee Life Cycle / OF, ESIC Challan Making /
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Excellent communication and people skills
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
