About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Fresher TAG Trainees to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about HR and recruitment to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Support in employer branding activities and recruitment drives.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (2023 or 2024 graduates preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
