The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting job fairs, career fairs, campus recruitment and finding out potential candidates. Key Responsibilities: Field Engagement: Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach programs to represent the company and promote job openings. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions that meet business needs. Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and provide regular updates on recruiting progress to HR Manager. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compensation practices, and competitive landscape to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Experience- Fresher to 1 Year Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region or territory. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
