Job Title: HR Executive (Night Shift) Shift Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM Salary Range: 30,000 35,000 per month Location: Mohali, Punjab (Candidates must be able to commute or be willing to relocate before joining) Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary. Oversee disciplinary actions and performance management processes. Manage employee benefits, leave policies, and insurance-related queries. Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs for better workforce management. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and exit processes. Recruitment & Workforce Management: Assist in workforce planning and identify hiring needs. Source and screen potential candidates for key roles. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment with business goals. Employee Engagement & Training: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture. Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new hires. Support leadership in implementing employee retention strategies. Requirements & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and recruitment. Familiarity with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
