Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the HRMS system with accurate employee data. Manage employee attendance, leave records and generate reports on attendance, leave balances, and other HR metrics. Implement employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other events to foster a positive work environment. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate selection. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain and update employee records and ensure confidentiality. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
