Job Description
As an HR Executive at Alinea Healthcare, your main responsibility will be to support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities across various verticals. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment coordination and onboarding for clinical and non-clinical roles, maintaining employee records to ensure policy compliance, coordinating training, induction, and statutory documentation for OHC staff, supporting employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs, preparing HR reports, MIS, and compliance audits, as well as liaising with vendors for staffing, recruitment, and HR services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for experience in healthcare or services. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with HRMS tools and Excel reporting is advantageous, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment is required. This position is based in Ahmedabad.
