The location for this full-time position is in the 7 Phase Industrial area Mohali, with an immediate joining preferred. The ideal candidate should have 01 year of experience. As an HR Fresher, your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. You will also be supporting onboarding and documentation for new hires, maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and helping to organize training & development sessions and employee engagement activities.
