Job Description
You are invited to join our team as an HR Executive based in Ahmedabad. With 06 months to 2 years of experience, your work timings will be from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off). Your key responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring policy compliance, conducting onboarding processes, handling exit interviews, organizing induction programs, addressing employee concerns, preparing reports, and planning engagement activities.
