Job Description
As an experienced HR Executive, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts and building a talented team. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, leading recruitment and hiring efforts to attract top talent, designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, managing employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues, as well as developing and administering benefits, compensation, and rewards programs. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, demonstrate a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and business results, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, and be experienced with HR software and analytics tools.
