Job Title: HR Executive Location: Ahmedabad Industry: Real Estate Experience: 13 Years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 18,00030,000/month (Depending on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing real estate team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, etc.) Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities Assist with performance management and appraisal processes Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Ensure smooth offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlement processes Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 13 years of HR experience (Real Estate industry preferred) Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Experience: real estate: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
