We are hiring for an HR Coordinator.

Job Description:
The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the HR and sales teams by managing various administrative and coordination tasks. This includes maintaining accurate records of sales representatives, scheduling appointments, processing payroll, and ensuring smooth onboarding and off-boarding processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems and excellent organizational skills.

 
Qualification - Any Graduate
Salary - up to Rs. 40,000 (depends on last drawn, experience & interview feedback)
Location - Kurla West

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Employee Onboarding and Off-boarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
  • Manage the off-boarding process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
  1. Payroll Processing:
  • Accurately process payroll on a timely basis.
  • Handle payroll queries and discrepancies promptly.
  1. Maintaining Records:
  • Track and update the demographic and geographic details of sales representatives.
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  1. Scheduling:
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings or technical appointments for sales representatives and technicians.
  • Manage calendars and ensure timely communication of schedules to all relevant parties.
  1. Feedback Coordination:
  • Collect feedback reports from sales representatives.
  • Analyse feedback and coordinate with the COO to address any issues or improvements.
  1. ERP Management:
  • Utilize the company's ERP system to maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage HR-related data.

           Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
