Job Description
Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support Enduras day-to-day HR operations. This fully remote role is ideal for someone early in their HR career whos ready to take ownership of administrative processes and onboarding. Youll work closely with the HR Generalist, COO, and other teams to ensure smooth HR execution across the board. Responsibilities Audit employee files and I-9 documentation for compliance and accuracy Draft and send offer letters, initiate background checks Coordinate with the COO to prepare and track equity grant documentation Manage remote onboarding, including scheduling orientation and customizing onboarding materials Send benefits enrollment emails and ensure completion in Ease Coordinate equipment setup and return with SkyRiver IT and HR Request access to state tax accounts and assist with compliance updates Maintain employee rosters and prepare employment verification letters Support audits and help document standard HR processes,
