As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for playing a key role within our organization. Your passion for people and desire to truly make an impact will drive you to excel in this position. With experience working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, you will actively contribute to various HR projects. Your proactive and independent approach will make you a valuable sparring partner for employees, managers, and the leadership team.
