Job Description
You should possess a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field. Your role will involve having a strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and factory compliance. It is essential for you to be proficient in MS Office and HR software. Your excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills will be crucial in managing a diverse workforce in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a daytime, fixed shift that includes weekend availability. You will be required to participate in a direct walk-in interview from 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM, Monday to Saturday, as the position needs to be filled as soon as possible. In addition to your salary, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and paid sick time. You will also have the opportunity to receive performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
