Responsibilities:- Coordinate with HR department for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle employee documentation, including contracts, agreements, and HR policies. Maintain employee Attendance & Leave records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Manage office supplies and equipment,ensuring their availability and functionality. Address administrative issuesand provide support to staff members as needed. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all HR and administrative activities. Position would be based out of Karol Bagh, Central Delhi. 6 Days Working. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
