Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements. Handle legal issues related to employment and contracts. 3. Corporate Responsibility: Manage initiatives aligning with company values. 4. Staffing: Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and recruitment. Collaborate with departments for talent acquisition. Implement strategies for attracting and retaining talent. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Law. 3-6 years of HR and Legal management experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws.
