JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Legal Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and legal compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment laws, company policies, and procedures, with the ability to effectively manage HR functions while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risk. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the needs of the organization with legal requirements to foster a positive and legally compliant work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Human Resources: Oversee HR lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations). Develop and implement HR policies. Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns. 2. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements. Handle legal issues related to employment and contracts. 3. Corporate Responsibility: Manage initiatives aligning with company values. 4. Staffing: Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and recruitment. Collaborate with departments for talent acquisition. Implement strategies for attracting and retaining talent. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Law. 3-6 years of HR and Legal management experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws.
