Job Description
Job Summary:
Oceanic Pharmaceutica is looking for a female candidate with strong computer and administrative skills to handle office management, HR tasks, and basic accounting/invoicing. The selected candidate will be assisted by an existing office assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain invoices and daily office documents
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including data entry and voucher management
- Handle HR-related duties such as attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Support the employer in overall office functioning
- Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in office administration, accounts, or HR
- Gender: Female candidates preferred
Skills Required:
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, etc.)
- Knowledge of invoicing/accounting software preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- English Proficiency: Intermediate level
