*Job Title:* HR Recruiment manager 


*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build strong relationships with clients. 

Shift timing: 10 am to 6 pm with sunday week off

*Key Responsibilities:*


1. *Recruitment*: Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles.

2. *Client Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.

3. *Client Acquisition*: Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.

4. *Candidate Management*: Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

5. *Recruitment Process*: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.


*Essential Skills:*


1. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.


*Qualifications:*


1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

2. Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.


*Preferred Experience:*


1. Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting.

2. Strong network and ability to generate new business leads.

3. Familiarity with CRM software and recruitment metrics.
