As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Account cum Office Assistant to join our growing team and support our day-to-day operations.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who is comfortable with multitasking and has a working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Excel-based accounting, and basic banking tasks. The ideal candidate should be capable of assisting the CEO, handling clerical responsibilities, and managing basic office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily account records in advance Excel and google sheets
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks
  • Assist the CEO with tasks and instructions
  • Handle basic banking and book keeping work
  • Staff recruitment and HR management skills
  • Conduct form filling,emalis and document preparation
  • Support in office management and coordination tasks


Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • staff management and updating to CEO
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Basic understanding of banking procedures
