As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Account cum Office Assistant to join our growing team and support our day-to-day operations.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who is comfortable with multitasking and has a working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Excel-based accounting, and basic banking tasks. The ideal candidate should be capable of assisting the CEO, handling clerical responsibilities, and managing basic office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily account records in advance Excel and google sheets
- Perform general office and administrative tasks
- Assist the CEO with tasks and instructions
- Handle basic banking and book keeping work
- Staff recruitment and HR management skills
- Conduct form filling,emalis and document preparation
- Support in office management and coordination tasks
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- staff management and updating to CEO
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic understanding of banking procedures
- Also know about Computer Applications
