Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Assist in organizing employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in relation to HR functions.
- Help in managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, leave management, etc.).
- Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR-related issues.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and replenishing stock as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming mail, and respond to emails.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries for team members.
- Assist in preparing office-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Maintain office equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and functionality.
- Assist with administrative duties for other departments as needed.
