Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in organizing employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in relation to HR functions.
  • Help in managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, leave management, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR-related issues.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming mail, and respond to emails.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries for team members.
  • Assist in preparing office-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Maintain office equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and functionality.
  • Assist with administrative duties for other departments as needed.
