Job Description
The role of HR Administrator in Pune requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day HR operations, manage employee lifecycle processes, handle vendor coordination, and maintain essential HR documentation and communication. Key Responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating appraisal cycles, maintaining attendance and leave records, liaising with vendors for HR-related services, sending out monthly birthday and engagement anniversary emailers, organizing internal engagement activities, responding to employee queries, maintaining updated employee records, assisting in recruitment activities, and ensuring timely documentation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2-5 years of relevant HR administration experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are required. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule, to be performed in person at the work location.,
