Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to manage and streamline our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, foster a productive workplace culture, and support the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles. Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture. Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and grievances professionally. Foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale. Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs. Performance Management: Coordinate appraisals and performance reviews. Monitor employee productivity and provide support for improvement. HR Policies and Compliance: Draft and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company requirements. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.). Administration: Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office infrastructure and supplies. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office needs. Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality. Support Operations: Provide administrative support to senior management as required. Monitor and optimize office workflows and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR and administrative roles (preferably [insert years, e.g., 1-2+ years]). Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
