Job Title: HR Admin Experience: 3 Years Salary: 20k to 30k Location: Kharar, Punjab Industry: Real Estate Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Admin to join our growing real estate team in Kharar. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in HR administration, with a solid understanding of the real estate industry. You will manage a wide variety of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the company. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process for new hires, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Maintain a database of potential candidates for various positions. Employee Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure all new hires are properly integrated into the company. Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Administer employee benefits, including leave management and attendance tracking. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary. Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and support the organizations learning initiatives. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support. Assist with maintaining office supplies, managing office facilities, and supporting team events. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR administration, preferably within the real estate sector. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and tools; knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data management and processing. Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in real estate or construction industry HR is a plus.
