Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to manage both human resources administrative functions and telesales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for people, and a proactive approach to multitasking. Key Responsibilities HR & Administrative Duties Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews). Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination activities. Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR policies are followed. Telesales Duties Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain a database using CRM tools. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Marketing preferred). 13 years of experience in HR admin or telesales roles. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable). Good organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with HR/telesales tools. Preferred Skills Familiarity with basic labor laws and HR best practices. Previous experience in customer interaction roles.
